Kill it & Grill it Weekends These weekends are for 6-8 people. The emphasis of these weekends is on game cookery. However we do venture forth to gather wild food. We then prepare and cook delicious meals and enjoy them with good wines. We only accept party bookings for these weekends, so get talking to your friends. The price is approximately £200 per person. This covers all your food, accommodation, cookery, hunting etc, from Friday evening until Sunday after lunch. Make sure you arrive hungry as the weekend is a culinary feast! You will learn a great deal about how to cook wild meat and have a great time while you do so. We hunt for and cook anything from Rabbit to Pigeon using a variety of methods and recipes. You can learn how to cure your own bacons and hams, how to make biltong/jerky and other delicious and simple things.
Depending on tastes and level of experience, these weekends are all tailor made to suit your needs. This way we are not teaching grandmothers to suck proverbial eggs and not asking people to do what they are not comfortable with. If you have any questions at all then do get in touch. Contact Us |
